1. Prescription Medications
For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed or shipped.

2. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.
- Telehealth consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Prescription Products
Eligible over-the-counter (OTC) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging.
